Twitter Habet Papam! Pope Opens Account for Tweeting in Latin

For a second there, I forgot it was the first week in ordinary time, because this is quite extraordinary! Benedictus PP. XVI is ready to tweet! (...would that be tweetere or tweetire?)

No doubt this will bother the media, who will begin pouting and huffing shortly. When they do, they will show that they do not understand Catholic culture or the continued importance of the language in the Church.
